In order to get going on your Ebook Cover order which includes a 1 Ebook cover image (3 sizes) you will need to complete the following form. It is important that all fields be completed with as much detail as possible.

Once the order form has been received, we will review and email you with any further questions. Timeline for a completed Ebook Cover is 7 business days

You will receive a proof of your Ebook. If at that time you require any changes, simply let us know. This will be your opportunity to make adjustments to your order.

PLEASE NOTE: Your graphics package entitles you to 2 revisions. So please fill out this order form with as much detail as possible. Further revisions will be subject to additional charges.
